These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the online store available at https://www.mineworks.club/ (the "Webstore") and every purchase of in-game coins and of digital in-game items, ranks, privileges and other digital content (together, the "Products") for use on the mineworks.club Minecraft server (the "Server"). The Webstore, the Server and the website at https://www.mineworks.club/ are together referred to as the "Services".
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are published on the website. Before completing a purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order.
We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for future reference. These Terms are available in English only.
1. About us
The Services are owned and operated by Voksordu OÜ, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registry code 17618997, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Rännaku pst 12, 10917 (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). We own and operate the Server and are the seller of all Products offered in the Webstore.

2. Contacting us
If you have a question about the Services, need technical support, have an issue with a purchase, wish to request a refund or want to report suspected fraud, please contact us by email at info@mineworks.club or through the contact form on the website.
If we need to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email to the address you provided when registering or placing your order.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services and to purchase Products. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To make purchases you need an account on the website linked to your Minecraft username. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us without delay if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
4. Coins, Products and licence
4.1 How purchases work. Purchases in the Webstore are made in two steps. First, you buy in-game coins (the "Coins") with real money. Second, you exchange Coins for items, ranks, privileges or other Products in the Webstore.
4.2 Nature of Coins. Coins are a virtual in-game currency. They have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender or electronic money, can be used only within the Services, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged back for money, except as a refund under Section 8.
4.3 Licence, not sale. All Coins and Products are licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use them on the Server with the account through which they were obtained. References to "buying", "purchasing" or "selling" in these Terms refer to the granting of this licence. You may not resell, trade for real money, transfer or share any Coins or Products.
4.4 Changes to in-game content. Product descriptions are shown in the Webstore. To keep the game balanced and functioning, we may update, adjust or rebalance in-game content from time to time. Where a Product is sold for a limited period (for example, a time-limited rank), its duration is stated in the Product description.
5. Placing an order
The Webstore guides you through the steps of placing an order. Before submitting your order, please check it carefully and correct any errors.
Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract between you and us (the "Contract") is formed when we confirm your order on screen or by email. We may decline an order, for example where we suspect fraud, where there is an obvious error in price or description, or where you have previously breached these Terms or the Server rules. If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will refund it in full.
The Contract is concluded solely between you and the Company. No contract is formed between you and Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation or any payment service provider.
6. Prices and payment
The prices of Coins are shown in the Webstore in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The prices of Products are shown in Coins. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it; later price changes do not affect completed orders.
You may pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By providing payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
7. Delivery
Coins are credited to your account after your payment has been confirmed, usually immediately. Products obtained with Coins are delivered digitally to your Minecraft account on the Server, usually within a few minutes. Please make sure that the Minecraft username linked to your account is correct.
If you have not received your Coins or Products within 24 hours, please contact us at info@mineworks.club.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
8.1 You may cancel any purchase of Coins and receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
8.2 This right applies even if the Coins have already been credited to your account and even if you have already exchanged them for Products or started using those Products. We do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal.
8.3 To request a refund, send an email to info@mineworks.club before the 14-day period expires, stating your order number, the email address used for the purchase and your Minecraft username.
8.4 We will refund all payments received from you for the order without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your request. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
8.5 When a refund is made, the Coins purchased with the refunded payment and any Products obtained with those Coins will be removed from your account.
8.6 If you have an issue with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, as we can usually resolve the matter faster. Where a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the related Coins and Products will be removed from your account.
8.7 This Section does not affect your statutory rights described in Section 9.
9. Faulty Products and your statutory rights
As a consumer, you have statutory rights under Estonian and European Union law where digital content is not supplied or does not conform to the Contract. If a Product is not delivered, does not work or is not as described, please contact us and we will deliver it again, fix the issue or refund you. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Acceptable use and Server rules
When using the Services you must comply with these Terms and with the Server rules published on the website. In particular, you may not:
- use cheats, hacks, unauthorised modifications, automation software or exploits, including duplication glitches;
- resell, trade for real money, rent or otherwise commercially exploit Coins, Products or accounts;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Webstore, the Server or related systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Services or with other players' use of them.
If you breach these Terms or the Server rules, we may issue warnings, mute, kick or temporarily or permanently ban your account, and remove Coins or Products obtained through cheating, exploits or fraud. Your right of withdrawal under Section 8 is not affected.
11. Availability of the Services
We work to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We may suspend the Services temporarily for maintenance, updates or security reasons. We may modify the Services and in-game content from time to time.
12. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Webstore, the website, the Server, its custom plugins and in-game content created by us are owned by or licensed to the Company.
mineworks.club is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.
13. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are published on the website.
14. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential loss. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use, and we are not liable for any business losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent breach, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in the Services. The updated version will be published on the website with a new date. The Terms in force at the time you place an order apply to that order. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes in advance.
16. Third-party services
To use Products you need a valid Minecraft: Java Edition licence and an internet connection. Your use of the Minecraft game client is governed by the terms of Mojang AB and Microsoft Corporation. The website may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or services.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any Contract are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer residing in another member state of the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@mineworks.club and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority of Estonia (www.ttja.ee).
Disputes shall be resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Estonia, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you reside.
18. Other important terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we may still enforce it later.
