Server's Rules

Violations may lead to warnings, temporary kicks, or permanent bans depending on severity. Our goal is simple: a fair, welcoming world where every adventurer can thrive.

Server's Rules

No Scamming

No Scamming: scamming in any form — trades, auctions, or services — is not tolerated.

Stealing resources from a shared gang mine project and then leaving or sabotaging it is not allowed. If a player is removed from or leaves a gang or mining group, they are entitled to recover the items and resources they personally contributed, within reason. These items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute arises, both parties are expected to make a serious effort to resolve it themselves first. If no resolution is reached, you may contact staff by opening a support ticket. If there is no evidence of an attempt to resolve the matter directly, staff will advise you to do so before intervening. When staff are required to step in, gang leaders found in violation of this rule may be penalized at staff discretion.

Accessing a mine zone above your current rank — or using exploits, teleportation, or any other method to bypass rank-locked areas — is strictly prohibited. Do not use ender pearls or similar mechanics to glitch past mine barriers or out of designated zones.

Griefing and raiding other players' claims/towns/islands is not allowed. No Scamming: Scamming is not tolerated.

TP Killing

Teleport killing — where a player intentionally uses teleport commands or mechanics to ambush and attack another player without fair warning or consent — is strictly prohibited.

Spawn Camping & Zone Abuse:

Intentionally camping at mine entrances or exits to repeatedly kill players as they arrive or leave is not allowed. Equally, luring players into PvP zones through deception and then attacking them, or using the boundary of a safe zone to strike others unfairly, is prohibited.

Griefing & Mine Sabotage:

Deliberately destroying, blocking, or disrupting another player's mine operation, gang storage, or claimed zone is not permitted.

Respect Other Players:

Treat every player on the server with respect, regardless of their rank or progress.

Cheating and Hacking:

Any form of cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the following:

No Harassment / Hate Speech:

Offensive language, hate speech, harassment, and any form of discrimination will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

X-Ray Texture Packs:

Using texture packs or modifications that allow you to see through terrain and locate ores, resources, or mine structures that would otherwise be hidden is forbidden.

No Spamming or Advertising:

Excessive chat spam is not allowed. Do not advertise other servers or post external links in any chat channel.

Speed Hacks:

Using any modification or exploit to move at an abnormal speed – making it impossible for other players to interact with you fairly – is not permitted.

Fly Hacks:

Using unauthorized modifications that grant flight or unnatural movement within mine zones is forbidden and constitutes an unfair advantage over other players.

No Duping:

Exploiting item duplication glitches or any other bugs to multiply resources is not allowed. Intentionally causing server lag – through any method – negatively impacts every player's experience and will be treated as a serious violation.

Auto-Clickers:

Using external software or hardware to automate mouse input for mining, combat, or resource collection is prohibited. All in-game actions must be performed manually.

Doxxing:

Sharing, threatening to share, or attempting to obtain another player's personal information is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Common Sense:

The absence of an explicit rule does not make an action acceptable. Staff reserve the right to issue punishments for any behavior they deem harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate to the server community.

Cobble Monsters / Lava Casting:

Placing lava to create cobblestone structures or obstruct mine entrances and pathways is not allowed.

Ban / Mute Evasion:

Joining the server on an alternate account to bypass an active ban or mute is prohibited and will result in an extended or permanent punishment on all accounts.

Language and Behavior:

Keep chat appropriate and avoid excessive swearing. Please use English in all public channels so that staff can effectively moderate the server.
